Rev. Dr. Sammy Wanyonyi is a Kenyan-American and resides in Minneapolis, MN USA. Dr Wanyonyi is married to Rev. Suzanne Wanyonyi and they have three children; Samuel Jr (12), Shiloh (10), Josiah (7)
Dr Wanyonyi is the Founder and Lead Evangelist of Shine in the World Ministries based in Minneapolis, MN, he holds a BA in Cross Cultural Studies and Missions from Bethany Global University, Bloomington, MN; a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel University, St. Paul, MN; and a Doctorate in Global and Contextual Leadership from Bethel University and Seminary, also in St. Paul, MN.
Dr. Sammy Wanyonyi was born in a small village in western Kenya where he felt a call to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to the nations at the age of eight.
Since founding Shine in the World Ministries in 2005, Sammy and the Shine team have preached the Good News of Jesus Christ to millions of people in North America, Africa, and Asia with hundreds of thousands entering into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ for the very first time.
